Check Your Schedule

Open Buzz to quickly check your availability, join the next meeting or get an overview of your daily plan. As Buzz sits in the menu bar, its accessible from anywhere meaning you don’t have to navigate (read: hunt down) a calendar tab, switch tools or shift focus from what you’re currently working on. It’s as easy as one click.

• Your next upcoming meeting shows at the top of the list, to make it convenient to join.
• Join to open any meeting directly wether it’s in Zoom, Google Meet, Whereby etc.
• Click on the calendar event item to open the event in Google Calendar.
• If there are any updates to your schedule throughout the day, we’ll update the schedule. Calendar updates are visible within 30 seconds in Buzz.
• We only show you the days current and upcoming events. The list is cleared as the days pass, to spare you the cognitive energy it takes to navigate outdated information.

Notifications

Never miss another meeting. Buzz makes it easy to join meetings without opening new tabs or switching context. Use our subtle notifications to stay in the zone right up until the meeting starts. Then join instantly in one click.

• The notification appears 2 min before your meeting starts. Keep doing what you’re doing and join when you feel like. The notification wont disturb you, it stays until you join or disappears 1 min after the meeting has started.
• You can customise the notifications time from settings, to suit you best.
